This 6-month program blends weekly private yoga sessions with fortnightly coaching, offering you a supportive container for deep, lasting change. Using a “top-down” and “bottom-up” approach, we combine mindset work with nervous system regulation to build resilience, release stored tension, and foster meaningful, embodied growth. With each session tailored to your evolving needs, we work through movement, breathwork, and intuitive coaching to help you support and reconnect with your body, clarify your intentions, and create space for sustainable transformation. The coaching component may draw on a blend of tools, including: 🌿 Cognitive Behavioural Tools (CBT) 🌿 Parts Work & Inner Child Healing 🌿 Somatic Practices & Nervous System Regulation 🌿 Mindfulness & Embodied Emotional Release This program is ideal for: 🌙 Those navigating fertility, pregnancy, or postnatal transitions 🌙 Women seeking support with hormones, cycles, and emotional wellbeing 🌙 Busy professionals experiencing stress, burnout, or disconnection 🌙 Anyone ready to feel more grounded, balanced, and aligned You don’t have to choose between physical or emotional wellbeing—this is a space for both. What’s included: 🌀 1x Private Yoga Session per week 🌀 1x Coaching Session every fortnight 🌀 Ongoing support tailored to your goals, energy, and lifestyle A deeply nurturing program designed to meet you where you are—and guide you to where you want to be.


Cancellation Policy

This agreement is between me and you to outline the terms of our coaching relationship. 1. What Coaching Is & Isn’t Coaching is a collaborative, goal-oriented process that helps you achieve personal or professional growth, self-discovery, and wellbeing. It’s a thought-provoking and creative partnership designed to support you in making meaningful choices. Coaching is not therapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for professional mental health care. 2. What You Can Expect from Me As your coach, I will: Provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space. Help you clarify goals and explore possibilities. Offer guidance, tools, and strategies to support your growth. Ask insightful questions to deepen your self-awareness. Encourage reflection and accountability. Respect your autonomy and confidentiality. 3. Your Responsibilities To get the most out of our coaching sessions, I ask that you: Come prepared with topics or challenges you’d like to explore. Be open, honest, and engaged in our conversations. Take responsibility for your actions, decisions, and progress. Follow through on agreed-upon actions and reflect on insights between sessions. Provide feedback about what’s working or if adjustments are needed. 4. Confidentiality What we discuss stays confidential, except in cases where: There’s a risk of harm to yourself or others. There’s a legal obligation to disclose information. 5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you’ll be charged for the session. If I need to cancel or reschedule, we’ll find a time that works for you. 6. Payment Terms Coaching Fee: As agreed between us before the first session. Payment Method: Bank Transfer SANDRA LYNDS 38-9001-0080402-03 Payment is due before each session unless otherwise agreed. 7. Ending Our Agreement Either of us can end this agreement at any time with written notice. If you have prepaid for sessions, we’ll discuss how to handle any unused ones. 8. No Guarantees & Liability Release Coaching requires active participation, and while I’m committed to supporting you, I can’t guarantee specific results. You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own progress and decisions.
