The New Moon at 11 degrees Virgo today is asking us to get clear about what we are setting out to do.  To look at the details.  To get specific.  Saturn is opposing this New Moon at 16 degrees Pisces so we may feel limited right now in what we want to achieve.  Or it may be a bit harder than we thought. Or we may be fearful of starting out.  In opposition these usually present in another person or situation.   But as all things Saturn, the hard work, the limitations and the frustrations will pay off eventually... stick at it and cross those ts and do those is.

There is so much else happening in the sky with the outer planets.  Uranus is stationing retrograde this week, Pluto is entering into Capricorn for the last time in over 200 years and Neptune is squaring Mars.  And all of this is part of a much larger cycle playing out this decade.  We are seeing it in world events.  And no one really knows where it is going.

In our personal lives, we can look at the last 15 years and see what we have learnt, what we have transformed, and what we can now let go of over the next few months for good. Uranus is constantly asking us to break free of old habits.  He's preparing for a big move next year when he enters Gemini.  So look out for surprising events, insights and aha moments no matter how unexpected or uninvited.  And finally with Mars / Neptune let go of things that drain you, that keep you from moving forward.

We are still standing on the precipice of the new. And will be for a few more months. But that doesn't mean we can't take concrete steps towards it.  This new moon is helping us to do that.
