I offer in person Reiki Level 1, 2, and 3 trainings in small, intentional groups throughout the year.

These trainings are grounded in presence, nervous-system awareness, and respect for individual pace. They are suitable whether you are drawn to Reiki for personal self-healing, deeper self-understanding, or to eventually support others in a professional or semi-professional capacity.

Each level builds gently on the last, offering both practical attunement and space for integration, reflection, and embodied learning.

Trainings are offered periodically and announced as they become available.
