2024 General Forecast

There are so many 2024 forecasts out there at the moment.  I personally love @moonomens and also @rebeccagordon and @chani  for a generalised reading on each sign. They are fun and sometimes spot on but the thing is that just because you are a Gemini Sun or a Cancer Rising or a Sag Moon (it's me!) doesn't mean you are going to live the same year as the rest of the Gemini Suns, Cancer Risings etc. 

 Astrology is so complex and personal, it can take me hours to look at a personal year ahead to see what may come up for the individual.  BUT there are general themes that will be felt on a world scale and also affect us individually.  How, when and to what extent we feel this will vary significantly.

There is definite change in the air and it starts in 2024 through to 2026.  2020-2023 were years where we shed a lot of things - both collectively and personally - that no longer served us.  Old stories, old patterns and habits.  Maybe relationships, maybe careers, maybe just a sense that the world is very different now than it was 3 years ago and what we have needed to let go of to keep up with the new times.

2024 is a new threshold, and it builds in momentum as it progresses.  The first three months may feel like we want to change, we want to move forward but there's still a bit to process and a bit of uncertainty as to where exactly we are going.  This is both personally and on a wider scale.  

From April through to June, we have a big energy shift -  things are going to start to speed up - and they will keep speeding up exponentially for the next 20 years but it starts now.  In the wider world, we will see the rise of technology and AI like we cannot even imagine.  In our own lives, there will be more new ideas, new collaborations and innovations that propel us into the future.  It's an exciting middle of the year, to say the least. 

 By the end of the year, there is a consolidation phase, a time to slow down again, to re-align all the new things we have just experienced and ask ourselves where we want to go from here.  There's a bit of a maturing process after the excitement of the year gone by.
