Week 25th to 31st of March 2024

ree

The last week of March rings in eclipse season.  Eclipses happen in pairs (mostly) with the second occurring on April 9th.  This eclipse is a Full Moon Eclipse or a Lunar Eclipse. So basically a full moon on steroids. Full Moons are about endings or culmination.  Where we reap the rewards of the last cycle and let go for the new cycle to come.

Monday kicks off with a powerful Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in Libra (5 degrees), signalling a time of culmination and release, particularly in matters related to partnerships, balance, and diplomacy. However, this eclipse is intensified by a semisquare aspect with Uranus in Taurus, indicating unexpected disruptions or surprises in our relationships or financial matters, motivating us to do something different. Additionally, Venus in Pisces forms a challenging semisquare with Pluto in Aquarius, heightening tensions in matters of love, values, and resources. This can feel a little like rubbing salt into the wound but it may also give us the push we need to address the wound. It's a day to stay flexible and open-minded, as sudden changes may require adaptation. It has a letting-go vibe to it.  That doesn't mean you have to let go of a relationship (although it might) but it could also be a pattern in a relationship and how you've been showing up for yourself or the other person.

On Tuesday, as the Moon remains in Libra, we may still feel the eclipse's reverberations, especially as it opposes Chiron and Mercury in Aries. Emotions may be heightened, and communication could be sensitive, particularly regarding wounds from the past. It's essential to approach conversations with empathy and understanding, as misunderstandings could easily arise

By Wednesday and through Thursday the Moon transitions into Scorpio, intensifying emotions and deepening our focus on transformation and regeneration. However, tension mounts as the Moon squares Pluto in Aquarius and opposes Jupiter and Uranus in Taurus. Power struggles, particularly in group dynamics, may emerge, and we might feel torn between the desire for change and the comfort of the familiar. Although this may not feel good, it is another transits that motivates us to get to the bottom of a matter. We just need to be careful not to overreact with anger or hurt. Additionally, Mars semisquare Chiron suggests a need to confront old wounds or insecurities bravely, though it may feel uncomfortable.

As the week draws to a close, Venus in Pisces forms a harmonious sextile with Uranus in Taurus, offering a refreshing change of pace in matters of love, creativity, and finances. This aspect encourages spontaneity, innovation, and excitement in relationships and artistic pursuits. It's a favorable time for trying new experiences and embracing unconventional forms of expression.

The weekend begins with the Moon transitioning into Sagittarius, bringing a sense of adventure, optimism, and exploration. However, the Sagittarian energy encounters challenges as the Moon squares the planets in Pisces – Mars, Saturn, Venus, and Neptune. This square may create tension between our need for freedom and expansion (Sagittarius) and our desires for harmony and and idealism (Pisces). It's essential to find a balance between these energies, avoiding escapism or overindulgence while pursuing our dreams.

At the same time the Moon in Sagittarius also forms harmonious trines with the planets in Aries – the Sun, North Node, Chiron, and Mercury. This alignment encourages confidence, self-expression, and forward momentum. It's a favourable time for taking bold action, asserting our individuality, and embracing new opportunities. We're encouraged to trust our instincts and pursue our passions with enthusiasm and determination.

Throughout the week, flexibility, adaptability, and emotional awareness are essential as we navigate the cosmic currents. By embracing change with an open heart and mind, we can find opportunities for growth, healing, and transformation. Remember Eclipses accelerate growth, so even though things may seem uncertain or even chaotic right now it pays to go with the flow, and take time out if you can to rest so that you don't become reactive to situations that may come up.
